Love....

3 days in a row posting?
What?
Yep! I had made all of these Valentine cards and realized that Tuesday IS Valentine's Day! ACK!
I created this card using these cute felt hearts from Andrea's Creative Paper Trail.  She has the cutest Etsy shop!  If you shop with her tell her Michele Kovack sent ya!
I lined them up and glued a small clear sequin to each.
I used an SRM sentiment across the second row and placed all of it in a resin frame.
I used SRM's pink and white twine, red satin ribbon, and a lacy Spellbinder's die cut to finish it off.
I  am picking Cort up for the weekend.  The flu is going around her house, and she is one of the last one's not sick....so it will be good to get her home!
Plus she gets to celebrate her brother's birthday with all of her grandparents too!
Full house today!
Have a wonderful Saturday my friends!

Valentine's Day Decor!

Good morning!
Don't faint.....but I have another post today! Woohoo! I am on a roll!  ;)
I am up on the Scrapbook Adhesive's Blog with a tutorial on how I created this Love Shadowbox.
It is resting on my fireplace mantle along with my other Valentine's decor.

Let it Snow.....

Have you missed me?
;)
I'd like to give you a really good excuse why I've been absent for over a week.
I got nothin'.
Lazy?
Busy with other aspects of my life possibly.....not sure exactly.
The weird thing is I have lots of cards to post, I just haven't felt like sitting at my computer to edit them.
Can you come over and do that part for me?
I love using Suzy Plantamura's images.  Especially when I am being lazy.  (There is that L word again!)  I don't have to think too hard....just color and enjoy.  I used a rainbow of Zig markers here.  I did gussy it up a bit with liquid applique, rhinestones, a glittery panel of paper, and some purple string.
My son turned 20 last week. So it is official that I have no teens anymore. It makes you wonder where the time has gone.  Cortney and Kyle come home this week to celebrate his birthday with the family.  It will be sweet to fill this empty house with family.
Brian and I have been toying with the idea of putting our house up on the market.  It just seems too big now.  We've looked at a few houses and had ours appraised.
I am not sure I can emotionally detach from it though.
Anyway that's life in my neck of the woods.
What's going on in yours?
