Same Card Different Colors....

Good morning and happy weekend to you!
I have been loving this spool cut from Silhouette again! I had previously used it and kind of "rediscovered" it in my stash of cuts.
I love how simply changing the colors of a card, changes the entire look of it! I went for bright and happy in today's color scheme.  My flower was cut using Papertrey Ink dies and given a water color wash.  The leaves are cut using the Silhouette and given a generous amount of lime green glitter.  I once again added an SRM sticker for my sentiment.
Here is a little recap of the cards I have made so far using this cut.
You can click on the following if you would like to revisit these posts.
1. Denim
2. vintage pink
3. Bright orange
4. Today's card.  :)

*****And just a quick update on my tooth situation!  I had the back molar removed and the experience was way more traumatic than I thought it would be. Novocain kept wearing off, and instead of having two roots, like most normal people, I had four.  Yep, a total over achiever! HA!  I was in fairly bad shape on Thursday, but I am feeling much better today.  (Thank goodness!)  I go back next week to have the stitches removed.

Spool Shaped Card

Good morning!  Over the weekend I had a bit of crafty time and was able to make a couple of cards.
I love this spool cut from Silhouette!  It has so many possibilities! I added layers of denim ribbon to the thread portion.
I still like making these satin flowers from time to time.  Awhile back I had a tutorial on how I made them HERE. I added a bit of ribbon, a few sequins, and a sentiment from SRM Stickers.
Wish me luck tonight.  I am going to the endodontist to either have a root canal or have the tooth pulled.  They aren't sure if the tooth is fractured.  I am a bit nervous, as I've never had a root canal OR a tooth pulled before. :(
Thanks so much for stopping by!
I appreciate your comments too!

Purple and Bronze....

Good morning!
I am up on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L blog today with a tutorial on how I created this bright cheery card!
Be sure to stop by to see what kind of madness ensues in this brain of mine!
As always, these projects of mine seem to take on a life of their own!
A short and sweet post!
Have a great day!
