JustRite's New Release Day Three!

Today is day 3 of JustRite's new release!  I have the pleasure of sharing a set called, Friends Antique Labels One.  It is a must have set to have in your collection!  I decided to incorporate the use of my Silhouette with this stamp to make a cute shaped project.  Both the pencil and flower are a Silhouette cut.  I thought it would be a great little gift for some of my fellow teacher friends!
I stamped the frame with Memento brown ink and stamped the center separately in avocado. Both were cut out using Spellbinder's dies. I popped the sentiment up with dimensional foam squares.  All of the paper was from Paper Loft.  Love the rustic colors of this paper!
Here is the entire set!
Be sure to stop by the rest of the designer's blogs! You will love their projects!

Holiday Cheer! JustRite's New Release Day Two!

Good morning!  Today is day two of JustRite's new release!  So even though Halloween is around the corner, how about mixin' it up a little?  We'll insert a little bit of Christmas in here! ; ) I used the Holiday Cheer and Ornaments set.  I embossed it with Zing powder.  I used the Spellbinder's Heirloom Ornament dies to cut the ornament out, as well as the inside of it.  I created a shaker box using acetate, dimensional foam tape, and clear beads.
I added a bit of SU! sweater ribbon and a button to finish it off.
Here is the entire set.....

JustRite's October Release!

JustRite has released some beautiful new stamps for October! I love this time of the month to be able to play with all of the new products! I used a new border set called, Classic Sentiment Edges One.  I stamped the border in yellow and again in green.  I layered them to create a pretty backdrop to my flowers.
I added some Prima flowers, leaves cut using the Spellbinder's Foliage Two die, a Martha Stewart butterfly, ribbon, and paper from Paper Loft.  The flowers were originally white and I sprayed them with Glimmer Mist.  I like the pop of color it gives to the card.  Kind of a fall arrangement don't you think? ; )
Be sure to pop on over to the other designer's blogs for more inspiration!
I will be back tomorrow with another new release and project! : )

Little Box.....

Sometimes great things do come in small packages right? How about this little box created from the Spring/Summer Tablescapes cartridge?  It is a perfect size for a jewelry box!  And tell me, what girl doesn't like receiving jewelry? ; )  I added a sentiment using JustRite's Samantha Walker Botanical Swirls and Label's set. I added a glass gem to magnify it.
I added a crocheted doily, some pink antennae, glitter, and a great big silk bow from Sharon Johnson's Stamp Simply Store.
I'm going to keep it short and sweet today......I'm off to get ready for work!
Hope your Tuesday is fabulous!!

Crafty Secret's Linky Party!

I love this time of year.....October, changing leaves, cups of hot cocoa, warm blankets, snuggling, and decorating for all of the upcoming holidays. This weekend I decorated my house for Halloween.  I decided to make a few of my own decorations for the fireplace mantle.  I took the Crafty Secret's Creating With Vintage Halloween CD to print some of the papers to place in a frame.  I cut some black vinyl images using my Cricut to place right on top of the glass.  They are so quick and easy to make!
I made some rosettes using my Cricut and placed them in old spools.  I used the Halloween Labels stamp set and my Copic markers.  I added some glitter and string to dress it up.
I created an apothecary using alcohol inks and a recycled bottle.  I used shades of purple with a bit of silver mixed in.  Again I used the Halloween Labels stamp set by Crafty Secrets.  I tied a bit of fuzzy twine to the top.
Be sure to pop on over to the Crafty Secret's blog for their linky party!  It's such a great way to meet new bloggers and see what they are up to!
Have a great Monday!!!

Sharing Family......

If you are looking for crafts today......I've got nothin' for ya..... ; )
But photos of my girl modeling, and my boy at his second homecoming dance....that I do have. ; )
My youngest, Kyle, attended his second homecoming dance.  He took a girl that is just a friend.  (So he wouldn't let me post photos of her.....teenagers!)  But thankfully he cooperated with these photos that I took of him.  I was pleased with how they turned out! It reminds me how fast he is growing up.

An Etsy shop called Gentle Touch has generously donated to the Changing the Face of Beauty campaign. Cort was lucky enough to model two of her adorable headbands.
This first one is a bright purple. : ) (Photos taken by Katie Driscoll from 5boys + 1Girl= 6 Photography)
The second headband is orange and brown....perfect for fall!  (Photos taken by me!)

Thank you for letting me share my kiddos with you........
Have a fabulous Sunday.....
